Dunebrook FAQs

1)  Do children live there?

No, Dunebrook is not a residential center.

2)  Is it a safe place for battered women?

We are not a women’s shelter

3)  How are you funded?

Federal, State, and Local grants, private foundations, individual donations-we also host fundraising events

4)  Do you assist in child abuse investigations?

Yes, at the request of law enforcement or child protective services Dunebrook may conduct a forensic interview or provide a safe place for the interview

5)  Can anyone use Dunebrook’s services?

Some programs may have eligibility requirements.  Please contact Dunebrook at 800-897-0007 for more information
