Community Partners Case Manager/Family Support Worker:Responsible for providing assessment, case management and support services to strengthen families and prevent child abuse for the Community Partners for Child Safety program. This position works with families one on one within their homes and works on goals and providing support and assistance to families. Service area Region 2: Starke and Pulaski (this position will be working out of office area in Pulaski/Stark area). Full time position available with benefits.
Prefers a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Families Studies, Child Development, Sociology or related field.
Healthy Families Family Support Specialist: Optimizes the family home environment for the physical and mental well-being of children who are at risk for abuse/neglect. The Family Support Specialist works in the families’ homes to improve the quality of parenting by providing support, connecting parents to available resources to strengthen the parent-child relationship by improving parenting and independent living skills. Full Time Positions Are Available.
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in social service field (social work, psychology, family counseling, early childhood, or nursing) preferred, High school or equivalent diploma required.
