Steve Kring Vice President Occupation: Banking Market President, La Porte County Horizon Bank Years Served on Board- 3“My success in life, both personal and professional, is in large part due to having a family who cared, loved, and supported me. Unfortunately, not all children are raised in this type of environment. Dunebrook educates and helps parents to provide this type of home, and is an advocate for children. This is what drew me to Dunebrook. This organization has been making a difference in Northern Indiana for over 20 years. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that?” |

Jacqueline Ruge-Perkins Board Member Occupation- Vice President- First State Bank of Porter Years served on board- 2 “The Body Safety Program is what brought me to Dunebrook at first. As a member of the Duneland Exchange Club, a Prevention of Child Abuse organization too, we coordinated with Dunebrook to bring this program to the Duneland Elementary Schools. The Body Safety Program is a one-of-a-kind, powerful and energetic program that teaches children to protect themselves against molestation and that they should tell an adult they know and trust. Since being a member of the Board for the past two years, I have been impressed with the many programs that aim to prevent child abuse and support families. I am continually amazed by the dedication of the staff here at Dunebrook.” |

I therefore consider it a great honor to serve Dunebrook’s mission and support its staff as a member of the Board.” |
